The Kansas City Excellence in Education Awards finalists were announced in February, and three of our teachers made the list! The Kansas City Excellence in Education Awards celebrates the work of exceptional public school educators and staff from both charter and district schools. There were over 175 nominations, and 20 finalists were selected!

Congratulations, Shannon Edmonds, Amber Lucas, and Melissa Stephens, your hard work is being recognized! The award winners will be announced at a celebration hosted at the Kansas City Royals Stadium on June 14th.
