The Growth Parade, a beloved tradition at FSI Elementary, celebrates student achievement and personal growth throughout the school year. Whether it’s academic progress, social-emotional development, or a demonstration of strong character, students parade through the halls to showcase their accomplishments—supported and cheered on by classmates, staff, and families.

Character.org selected the Growth Parade for its significant impact on school culture and its alignment with the 11 Principles Framework for Schools, a nationally recognized model for cultivating a culture of character within schools. This honor reflects FSI Elementary’s commitment to nurturing the whole child and reinforcing values like respect, responsibility, and perseverance.
