Under the leadership of Dr. Geyik, Director of STEM Education, Frontier students have demonstrated significant growth in both participation and achievement in STEM competitions at the local and national levels. This year, Frontier students earned top placements at the VEX IQ World Championship in Dallas, highlighting their dedication, talent, and the school’s strong commitment to STEM excellence.

In recognition of these achievements, KC STEM Alliance has awarded Frontier Schools its second grant to further expand resources in rocketry and 3D printing. This investment is strengthened by additional corporate partners, including META, Henderson Engineering, and Bayer. Together, these partnerships provide students with the tools, opportunities, and support needed to thrive and compete successfully on local, regional, and national STEM stages.
